I find it hard to believe you’re always right.

I did it a few times. Calling games, high school level, normal field. Hard to make out a tag play at second, when you have to get up from behind the plate and run over to second base. It’s really tough.
I thought about calling strikes for the B or C position in order to keep a look on the bases, but imagine a field ump calling balls&strikes from behind the mound.

I like how he runs like a twink from behind the plate in this video. maybe if you didnt sit down behind the plate you could get out to make that call.
